If you live for design (and Tory Burch accessories), you probably have a heart-on for Kelly Wearstler, the gorgeous designer responsible for the even more gorgeous (gorgeous-er?) Viceroy hotel. The regency-style design extends to the poolside restaurant and lounge, where black-and-white cabanas and white armchairs make for a lovely space to lounge over a Tall Drink of Water (aka a VeeV cocktail) while eyeing the tall drink of water across the pool.
