Forget peanuts and chips. Air Conditioned Supper Club is all about "international cocktail cuisine," which is the bar's fancy name for fancy bar snacks. There's spinach and artichoke fondue (French), sweet and sour meatballs (Italian) and a designer interpretation of bagels and lox (uh, Jewish). All go well with a vodka soda, but the tuna tartare sliders are by far the best snack on the menu. Like the traditional beef slider, the tuna tara version is comforting—how can you go wrong with anything that's served on a bun? But what's really great about this version of the classic is how refreshing it is. The tuna is finely chopped, the sprouts are crisp and the honey mustard dressing gives it the right amoung of kick. Yum.
