The inventive drink menu at Bar Nineteen 12 has been neatly divided in two: 'Tradition' offers classics like Brandy Alexanders and Mojitos, while 'Evolution' offers innovative drinks like Bubble Gum Jelly Shots and Cereal Milk Martinis (there's also an upscale, shareable bar menu that includes hanger steak and roasted onion quesadillas and sesame-crusted rare ahi tuna). The 'Nineteen 12 Pairing,' a shot of Macallan and an Opus X cigar, will run you $1,912 (get it?), but it's nowhere near the priciest item on the menu; that honor belongs to a bottle of Macallan 50-year that goes for $23,000. In honor of its name, the bar also serves a complimentary amouche bouche to all its guests at 19:12 p.m.
