The concept at BottleRock is brilliant: Select from any of the 800 bottles on the shelves or from their vast cellar and drink it by the glass (with a two-glass minimum). The prices are reasonable, making it a perfect place to sample wines you haven't tried before. The modern decor is very New York loft meets Barcelona cafe . And if you want to nibble while you sip, there's a menu of small plates to go with your vino.
