from Restaurateur Jonathan Chu, who owns Buddha's Belly down the block, and celebrated mixologist Vincenzo Marianella are the team behind this Santa Monica bar, where patrons have a hand in customizing their cocktails. Marianella was the head bartender at Providence, and certainly knows a thing or two about making a well-crafted, perfectly balanced drink. Cocktails at Copa d'Oro will continue to use fresh ingredients from the Farmers' Market to create his masterpieces.
