Cheap and nasty

This club looks like it was put together by a few teenagers with cans of black paint. The entire thing looks like dirty early 90's styled club and feels like a guerilla attempt to make some quick cash without putting any money into the club. The lobby smells terrible and has grimy white tiled floors and a handful of couches which must've been picked up on the side of the road. Their bar-staff are shabbily presented and pour tiny drinks that cost your $10 each. Forget this place.

Great Spot

I have seen a bunch of great events and bands at Crash Mansion LA. I live a block or two away so it is one of my favorite new spots. My favorite night is Monday's where they feature a residency from a local band and usually have two thers and some drink specials and stuff... I think Piel is on for all the coming mondays... all I know is that when I've been there it has been a blast and I hope it keeps the live music thing happening... Downtown needed a place like that.

Worst place to showcase art and listen to live music!

There are way better options to spending your evening in Los Angeles than this dump. It smells foul, the people look disgusting that work there, and the vibe is so hollow and crass that the place always feels empty even with all the ghouls floating around. Save your drinking dollars and hit up Eagle Rock or Little Temple instead. THIS is NOT a place to check out music.
