The Waffle is best-known for its, well, waffles—they're served until 4 a.m. in this cozy yet trendy neighborhood diner. But the bar upstairs is also quite a treat. It's tiny, but its under-the-radar status keeps it from getting packed. Grab one of the few stools around the bar or get cozy on the brown leather couch. Though the bartender will make any drink, it's all about the decadent creamy coffee cocktails. Get it?
Coffee, breakfast…There's also the Maple Ginger martini; it's not on the cocktail menu, but in-the-know sippers are obsessed with it.
