West Hollywood's traincar-shaped restaurant and bar at the intersection of Crescent Heights Boulevard and Santa Monica Boulevard—hence the name—is the perfect place to order a fresh mimosa, nosh on some shrimp quesadillas and eavesdrop on the "Hills" gang gossiping about Justin Bobby. Happy hour runs 6 p.m. to 7 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday, and there's also a late-night happy hour that runs 10 p.m. to 1 a.m. on Sundays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
