It's logical that Downtown L.A.'s greatest Irish pub is home to one of Downtown's happiest happy hours. Mondays - Fridays between 4 p.m. - 7 p.m., celebrate the end of the workday alongside your fellow Angelenos (whilst avoiding rush hour, hence the name) with $4 well drinks and $4 to $5 appetizers like quesadillas, buffalo wings, sliders and fried calamari, as well as ridiculously cheap $4 cosmopolitans and martinis.
