With its jaw-dropping views of the city, open-air lounge feel, and crowd too busy shmoozing to notice, SkyBar was the go-to L.A. nightspot in the '90s (so last century!). Now Thursday nights are bringing the beautiful people and their entourage back to the Mondrian Hotel for a night of not-too-cheap drinks and not-too-shabby poolside sets by the UK's DJ Zen Freeman.
