What was once the glamorous Brock's Jewelry Emporium in historic downtown has been restored and reborn into Seven Grand, a stylish bar that serves more than 200 kinds of whiskey and bourbon-dipped cigars to young sophisticates. The king of kitsch Ricki Kline designed the space with antlers and a vintage pool table, but we're most impressed with the Nitrogenator NX, a high-tech contraption that ensures draft beer comes out precisely as the brewer intended.
