This hipster enclave in the middle of Downtown Los Angeles functions as a dream-station of music, art, and general mad-making. Days and nights, the web radio station is broadcast from this building. And there's a bar. Nights and weekends, they feature live music from bands all up and down the food chain. And there's a bar. Weekends, (this summer) they host Summer Camp! (emphasis ours) where you can go take your shirt off and flop around in giant above-ground swimming pool or slide down an enormous water slide into the arms of your favorite mustachio-ed, tiny-shorts-wearin' fella.
