The Crocker Club
- Neighborhood: Downtown
- 453 S. Spring St
- Los Angeles, CA 90013
- 213-239-9099
An empty, abandoned bank: some might see it as a sad symbol of an economy in recession. Luckily, co-owners Vincent Terzian and Thomas Turner see it as a great place to grab a drink, and the downtown cocktail crowd now has the Crocker Club. The vault is still there, intact and functional, but it's now called the Mosler Lounge, paying homage to the manufacturer. Hand-painted ceilings and old, authentic safe deposit boxes keep the vibe very 1930s, decades before mobile checking and personalized debit cards.
