Partying at Ecco Lounge is like giving Mother Earth a big hug. The venue that’s in the space where Japanese-inspired lounge Tokio used to be is Hollywood’s first eco-friendly ultra lounge. The space is just about as green as green gets; even offering free valet service to people arriving in hybrid cars until 10 p.m. The club is doing their part by neutralizing its carbon emissions through LivClean and using bathrooms with flushless toilets, Dyson “Airblade” hand dryers and organic cleansers and hand soaps. If you’re eating here, everything on the menu is made with certified organic ingredients bought from the local farmers market. The venue banks on steering clear of unhealthy pollutants, but it’s still chic ultra lounge fit for the Cahuenga Corridor. It’s designed by Beau Robb who also created the looks for Area and Privilege, and features multi-colored state-of-the-art LED lighting and a custom audio sound system.
