Birthday Nightmare!

The service was horrible! Not only did they not have the reservation that we set 3 weeks in advance, but they didn't have my guest list and they made us wait (party of 18) in line for 30 minutes because they needed to set up an area to accommodate us. This is why I made reservations! We didn't even end up in the cabana area that had been suggested. The promotional staff was rude and the main chick (we'll cal her M) got an attitude with me ( Me, the chick with the credit card). Nobody seemed in control or polite the entire night until some other promoter guy decided to step in when he saw M getting an attitude. How can someone with such poor customer service skills stand at the front entrance and greet guests? I wasn't the only one that was fed up with her nonsense, there was another chick waiting outside that was being completely ignored even when there was NO LINE! What was M getting paid for? Oh, right, to stand around and talk to the other promoters. I was extremely disappointed and would not recommend anyone to put up with this promotional staff. It's not even Hollywood!
