This is my Villa experience:

We get to the door we are on the list right ? so I tell this dude at the door "Mr, clipboard" whose list I"m on, he doesn't say anything , he just looks at my friend and I up an down , up and down for about 5 minutes like we are cattle or something and I guess we passed some kind of an examination hence we get in.

So the deal inside is this, if you have a table you get to sit down, if you don't well you get to stand up the whole night! And the thing about standing you can't even do that in peace because the place is so small and so packed people are pushing from all sides.

Dancing too is almost impossible when everyone wants to pass through , actually it's pretty frustrating!

One thing I really hated about Villa was the fact that there are soo many girls and so few guys, I mean the ratio is like 10 girls per guy, I mean I haven't seen that many girls in a club since the time I went to a Lesbian convention! I mean I am a girl , I don't want to see a bunch of girls everywhere I turn!
And the guys who were there uugh! there was nothing GQ about them just a bunch of hollywood morons who thought and acted like they were God's gift to women I guess they had the right to behave as such since they were like 5 of them and 50 of us women.

I saw a security guys almost attacking a patron because they were taking pictures, apparently regular people can not take pictures celebrities do not like that! Only celebrities are allowed to take pictures,I MEAN SERIOUSLY WTF! THIS IDOLIZING OF CELEBRITIES IS JUST TOO MUCH!!! THE LAST TIME I CHECKED CELEBRITIES WERE MORTAL BEINGS!

So basically I was there to satisfy my curiosity now I am glad to say that I will not be going back there anytime soon! I go to clubs to dance and have a great time and feed of the enrgy of people who are having a wild time . People in these "hot spots" do not have a wild time they just stand or sit there acting like they are too cool to break a sweat! Hyde i s the same deal, even smaller at least there is more guys there. Crown Bar is a little bigger but no bid deal!
I have partied in new york, In Miami , in Europe I can say LA's party scene is the wackiest . People here would not let themselves have a good time , it is all about keeping appearances. So basically these so called hot spots have really nothing special to offer except for ego boosts for people with low self esteem you know like they are with the in crowd. YUCK!

If you can't find free images or video of some has been, never was or general loser drunk or stinking drunk at Villa, outside or leaning against, on TMZ, you can't be looking very hard. Villa seems to exist so that Hollywood losers can have a place to hang and be seen.

Are you really so desperate as to need to see some slutty starlet falling out of her clothes. I guess if you're too young to understand life, Villa might seem quaint. Save your money and hang out at someplace where the drinks are mixed right, the crowd is hip not hapless and the time to be had is fun, not lame.

I love going there even though it's smaller than my shoe closet. Why would anyone care if prices are high for drinks? If you have to worry about money you won't be getting in unless your a spitzer friend.

Rep the brand,

All I can say is, WOW!

I was invited to go to Villa last Friday night by my good friend, and I honestly want to tell you that its an amazing place once you get inside (not very big at all though - think Hyde). I would say that if you are not on the guest list keep driving, because the valets won't even park your car unless your name is on the list. Didn't really see any celebs, but everyone inside looked as if they had stepped out of GQ, or Vanity Fair magazine.

My only problem is (just like Hyde) these smaller places REALLY hit you in the pocket as far as drink prices are concerned.

Overall, I would say that you must visit this venue at least once.
