Do not get VIP or 'Table' Service

The 'VIP table/bottle service is crap. Managers try to get more $$ from you once you're there. They also restricted certain areas when we were told it was 'all access'. Do NOT waste your money there. Very disappointed with the service.

Champagne prices over the top

Marking Champagne up over 16 times their cost price is clearly price-gouging, so be prepared for a costly evening if you like a good wine. I have no idea why these clubs think they can price-gouge like this and get away with it, but some like The Kress try, resulting in customers that simply won't return - which may well be a huge problem in the long run for such a big club that needs a lot of customers to work.
