If you’re having trouble getting past the velvet rope to Skybar at the Mondrian, try your luck at ADCB (briefly known as Koka Lounge), which is short for Asia de Cuba Bar (get it?). The whole space is decked out in shades of bright oranges and whites for a clean, happy vibe complete with stylish couches, low, art deco-like tables and claw-footed stools. Specialty cocktails range from $14 to $39 (ouch!) for the Lareina “B” (double-ouch!) made with Platinum Patron, aged Grand Marnier, lemon, lime and orange juices and served with a salt rim. ADCB also serves tapas and sushi.
