Good decor, bad everything else

I just went to 86 a couple weekends ago, and was very disappointed. The decor is the only redeeming quality at 86. Our waiter was on a different planet, who consistently forgot our drinks and entrees (the few that are available on the menu), and while management did hurry to rectify the situation by fixing our bill, it was just made worse when you finally went to pick up your car from valet, street parking being a near impossibility. Tip: Ask for your car at LEAST a good half an hour before you really want to leave, because that's the earliest you'll get it. I won't be going back to 86, and can't truthfully recommend it.
