Named after the owners' dog, this charming lil' French-inspired bar and lounge is just what you need to forget L.A. and all its foibles—the traffic, the schmoozing, the camera crews recording your every waking moment. Chloe specializes in small plates of yumminess like crostini and cheese plates, as well as a selection of cocktails that were hip when your grandparents were still boozin' it up (Pimm's cup, anyone?).

I've been to Chloe twice and wouldn't recommend it. This bar trys to be more hollywood than it actually is. This is the only place in Santa Monic...

Great potential as the space is really well designed.. but, sadly the place has a bad door policy and the staff are way too cool for their own good...
