Housed in a Prohibition-era speakeasy once owned and operated by Rudolph Valentino, Hush is like a flashback in time complete with jazz nights, burlesque dancers, and classic cocktails like the French 75 or the Sazerac. It's all so authentic it'll make your heart ache with nostalgia. (Not that you were actually alive during the '20s and '30s, but your grandparents were.) Located in the basement of the Hillview Apartments on Hollywood Boulevard, the chandelier-chic nightclub also serves food from mac and cheese made with lobster to osso bucco-style ribs named after—you guessed it—Mr. Valentino.
