It's a Dive Bar...So Why the Attitude?

I think this place is just another dive bar, kind of like St. Nick's on 3rd St. Dark, a little smelly and ordinary drinks. And I like dive bars for exactlty those reasons. I usually don't go to them but sometimes a guy friend calls and that's just where they want to go. When I went here this weekend though I stood in line for 30 minutes, thinking wow it must be a very busy night, only to get in to see that the place is half empty. What a waste of time.
