I've been to Bar Centro many times and I can't get enough of Master Mixologist Ben Browning's imaginative cocktails. The Jale Berry is his claim to fame but he is true talent is flavor profiling each individual guest and then surprising them with a custom one-of-a kind cocktail. Ask for him next time you're there. He's the best(and hottest) bartender in LA. Is he single?
