It's been
Manic Panic mania with clubbers rocking crayon-colored hair like it's 1994. Next
thing you know we’ll be digging up the Betsey Johnson baby-doll dresses we
wore to seventh grade dances and screaming like Courtney Love. Or
better: We’ll modernize the concept like with layered dresses like Audrey Kitching, spotted at Club Nuvo.
