"Bang-over" is probably my favorite bit of jargon, but I normally use it to refer to the neck ache you get after a night of head-banging. (For the record: This is not something I have done since 1994. My neck thanks me.) Lately, though, I've been using it to describe bangs that cover a good portion of your face, like this pretty lady, spotted at Moscow.
