The Sunset Strip has been an L.A. icon since the hippies took it over in the ‘60s. But like most icons (ie. Cher, Madonna), the stretch has had its share of questionable periods. Remember when Miyagi’s was hot? Cringe, right? Recently, however, the Strip’s not only made comeback, but its image has been madeover—and everyone wants in on the action from the mega-watt celebrity to the boozehound to the groupie to the cop ready to pass out DUIs.
