Unless you’re actually flying to Rio, Carnaval doesn’t get more authentic than the celebration at the Palladium. Held on the Saturday before Fat Tuesday, the Brazilian Carnaval featured live music from Katia Moraes and Nation Beat, samba, sequin and feather clad-dancers and traditional food and drink. Not wanting to miss out on the real thing, organizers set up a live feed from Brazil so guests could watch how the pros shake it while trying to keep up with the beat.
