"The Wizard of Oz" doesn't pop to mind when thinking of St. Patrick's Day. But never mind the details. The folks at Boulevard3 thought it would be clever to turn their sprawling and whimsical club into Emerald City in honor of the Irish holiday, complete with hotties in green bras and tight dresses.
