Party pics: The Marvellous Hendrick’s Limerick & Cocktail Competition

To see who could create this year's most innovative gin-based drink, the folks at Hendrick's hosted their annual Marvelous Limerick & Cocktail Competition at the Edison, complete with an "Victorian Steampunk" dress code! Top bartenders including Eric Alperin and Christian Gaal arrived armed and ready to dazzle judges with their avant-garde cocktails. However, it was Chicago's Peter Vestinos who stole the show with his winning drink, "A Cotswold Afternoon," made with gin, lemon juice, flower water, orange marmalade and caraway seed foam. Bravo!
