Summer Sakegria at Gonpachi

Nothing says summer quite like sangria, and Gonpachi mixes one with a twist. Made in an infusion container and served individually, the Summer Sakegria is two parts sake, two parts Riesling, one part vodka plus seasonal fruit and ginger root. After the medley chills and steeps overnight, it’s poured into a wine glass. Perfect for those sweltering L.A. nights.
