Cucumber Squeeze at the Huntley Penthouse

It’s no secret that summer produce is the best thing around, but put it in a drink and you’re in heaven. The Penthouse Restaurant at the Huntley Santa Monica has it figured out with the Cucumber Squeeze, made with fresh cucumbers muddled with basil, mixed with a little Grey Goose, topped with a splash of lemon juice and sake, and served over ice. Refreshing!
