If only politics could always be this fun. And this drunk.

Every Valley Brit's home away from home, Woodland Hills' White Harte Pub is usually the perfect place to catch some British Premier League football and grab some fish and chips. But on the first and third Thursday of each month, White Harte serves up tall pints of democracy at Drinking Liberally, an "informal, inclusive progressive social group" that's as serious about its "liberal" as it is about its "drinking."

Now a fun, casual forum for Democrats around the country to let their hair down and raises their glasses, Drinking Liberally had its humble beginnings in New York City back in 2003. Since then, dozens of chapters have sprung up in nearly every major city in America, from Portland, Ore. to Hunstville, Ala.

Other local chapters of Drinking Liberally include left-leaning gatherings at the Edison Downtown, Molly Malone's in Hollywood, Madeleine's Bistro in Pasadena, and the Cock and Bull Pub in Santa Monica.

And if you can't make it out, please remember to drink—er, we mean vote—liberally on election day.
