Antonia Lofaso, made famous on "Top Chef: Chicago," isn't the only hot thing about Foxtail. Above the Art Deco-style restaurant, there's a ‘70s-chic club so exclusive that even a dinner reservations won't grant you access past velvet rope. (The club even has a separate entrance in the alley.) If you look like Lindsay Lohan or roll with producer Brett Ratner, who's also an investor at the venue, you should have no problem getting in, where you'll get to sip cucumber-pomegranate martinis with the likes of Ashley Olsen, who's been seen hanging out in the DJ booth with nightlife kingpin Brent Bolthouse.
