Once a Hispanic cowboy hangout, El Prado now fancies itself a beer bar for those who enjoy the comfortable art of hanging out with pals and listening to records. Yes, real records—not an iPod or a CD, but vinyl spinning on a record player. The drink and snack menus change weekly, and you never know when the decor will change as well—meaning you might stumble out on a Thursday only to revisit Friday night and find a totally different bar.
