Wine bars are a dime a dozen in Santa Monica, but we take our hats off to Salute Wine Bar. They have a key-card system for for allowing DIY-drinkers two-once, self-serve pours. Plus, a small plates menu for noshing while you toast. It’s in the former Yose space, which was previously Rockenwagner, but let’s cross our fingers it's here to stay.
