This high-end wine bar at Piero Selvaggio's Valentino Italian restaurant is the perfect place for wine lovers to share a "quartino" of Italian white, a couple small plates of crudo and, hopefully, the tab. Stick to the selection of bar snacks, or order off the regular menu, if you don't mind eating your meal in a somewhat more casual setting. There are also specialty cocktails like the "Bourbon 1972," but if you're not here to swirl, swish and wax poetic about a wine's subtle bouquet, maybe you'd be happier at Tiki-Ti.
