This Southern wing of the Getty museum houses works of an antiquarian nature. We're talking about pottery, frescoes, jewelry, and of course, all those statues. Greek, Roman, and Etrurian art works are featured in the outside gardens as well as inside the musuem itself. Plan to make a day of it as you enter the world of ancient European culture nestled next to the perennially lovely California coastline.
