This brand new addition to the LACMA grounds trains its eye on contemporary art.
With an entirely new structure designed by Italian architect Renzo Piano—they say it's twice the size of the Whitney Museum in New York—and with more renovations on the way, this three story building on the LACMA campus houses work from such art-world luminaries as Damien Hirst, Jeff Koons, Richard Serra, Cindy Sherman and more. And it has a huge elevator!
