Friday is a fine night for art on the Eastside, as the reliably eccentric La Luz de Jesus Gallery, housed in the Wacko bookstore/novelty shop, hosts a two-man exhibit featuring the darkly illustrative work of P-Jay Fidler and the intricate wood-scorched pyrography of Jason Houchen. If your eyes can’t get enough art, head to Thinkspace down the road for an opening reception for Audrey Kawasaki and her gorgeous girls painted on panels.
