2. Watch as streams of tourists in Dockers and floral print dresses pour out of the Wicked show at the Pantages.
3. Wait as they amble slowly to their rental cars, parked along Hollywood Boulevard. Hover closely.
4. By 11:08 p.m, you will find parking riches beyond your wildest fantasies.
Just don't tell anyone else. Let this be our secret.
