Brit-born Pop Levi (first name: Jonathan) has been called “robot glam,” but this electro-dance folkster is more than just a falsetto and tight trousers: Apparently, he’s a filmmaker as well. Catch a screening of his first-ever flick, the 37-minute You Don't Gotta Run, which was shot on camera phones by band mate Lucky Beaches during one of their European rock-star jaunts. We're told to expect “a surreal concoction of mannequins, jet lag, spotlights, boogie boards and sushi time,” plus a live set with Levi and Beaches post-screening. If you're lucky, maybe they'll camera-phone you in the audience.
611 N. Fairfax Ave., Fairfax District; 8 p.m.; $12
