Though Circus of Joy doesn’t involve any bearded ladies or taming of feral lions, we were plenty enthused to find that the evening of stand-up at the Hollywood Improv features regular acts by Mike O’Connell, Eddie Pepitone, Melissa Paull, Mick Betancourt and Natasha Leggero. In their own words: “Newness is what you seek? Then Circus of Joy is for you. Jackassery is what you long for? Consider the void filled by Circus of Joy.”
