Tuesday nights lure you downtown for chill, groovy B/P/D events, which we’re told stand for Bar/Present/Discussion. They had us at the bar part, but the mellow watering hole at the REDCAT also boasts resident DJ Jay Marietta spinning “everything from cut ’n’ paste hip-hop to shoegaze and electropop” and a vibe that’s “articulate, provocative and never pretentious.” While we like provocative, unpretentious people, we also like $3 drink specials till 6 p.m. and some tunes before going home to watch 90210.
