Luckily, Things To Do is coming to Los Angeles and promises to provide unique social and cultural events that will allow you to meet other young professionals from the LA area in a friendly environment. We have put together an exciting team with an equally exciting agenda - and we want you to be a part of it! Although officially scheduled to launch in January 2008, tonight you are invited to our first event, a sneak preview launch party at one of the city's best venues - the Purple Lounge in the Standard Hotel, Hollywood! Whether you come by yourself or with friends, this event provides the perfect opportunity to meet fun and interesting young professionals in a cool setting. You will also learn about the upcoming schedule of unique social events being planned by the Things To Do Los Angeles Team and how to get involved. Featuring a DJ (Retro and Top 40 hits), dancing, free gift bag giveaways, and much more! This event is a free event - courtesy of the new LA TTD team. We will all be on hand to personally greet you and help make your night a special one - as we begin the start of an incredible new opportunity for LA's young professionals. We are especially looking for outgoing and imaginative young professional leaders who are interested in discussing ideas regarding the launch of this new company, future event ideas, over seas trips, etc. We especially would like your input in how we can create an exciting new young professional community unlike anything LA has ever seen before - with events worthy of attracting the top young leaders and entrepreneurs of the future from throughout the LA area. About Our Venue: Tonight, you are invited to one of the leading luxury locations in Los Angeles. Called "The Place to Be Seen", and "Playground to the Beautiful People", the Purple Lounge in Hollywood's Standard Hotel is one of the top venues in the greater LA area! Featuring a top shelf bar, DJ. elegant decor and much more. Known as " a place of pilgrimage for younger, hipper, cost-conscious entertainment (and non entertainment young professionals) and design-industry trendsetters." Note: TTD's official welcome party ends at 10 pm, but you are welcome to stay the entire evening. Limited Space is available.
