"Pink Dress" by Alyson Fox

As much as we dig bold strokes and ballsy hues, we gotta admit that the subtle work of the artists in Tinlark Gallery's upcoming show "The Garden That You Planted" is like that quiet, mellow person at a party who only speaks up to say something really awesome. Still scenes, breezy hues, and distorted figures frozen in vague situations make us want to gaze open-mouthed and space off in happy delirium. Click in for new work by Katherine Chiu, Alyson Fox and Ramis Kim at the Tinlark Gallery's latest exhibit, opening March 1 and running through April 5, 2008.
P.S. to Sea Wolf fans: Yep, the artists loved the song so much that they titled the show in homage. Aww....
