Get a deliciously (un)healthy dose of bao, shu-mai, har gao and other Cantonese delicacies at the monthly Get Sum Dim Sum Ride. Adam and Josef Bray-Ali of Flying Pigeon LA, which specializes in the gearless, retro-styled bikes ubiquitous in Beijing, lead the ride. It starts at a station along the Gold Line and visits a different Chinese restaurant each time. Except for the meal's cost, which all participants split equally, there's no fee to ride; the next one is 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. April 19. www.flyingpigeon-la.com.-- Elina Shatkin, Los Angeles Times Staff Writer
