Chocolate and cherry domes...swoon!

Artbites, a kitchen session combined with art history lessons, recently had a cooking class where they took recipes from Salvador Dali's 1973 cookbook, "Le diners de Gala" and created items such as Oasis Leek Tarts, Celery Root Gratin and Rack of Lamb with Madeira Sauce. Did we mention the Chocolate and Cherry Domes? Art never tasted so good!
