'Can't a goat eat in peace?'

Recently the Los Angeles Community Redevelopment Agency hired a contractor to bring in 100 goats to eat the weeds on a steep slope at the corner of 4th and Hill in Downtown. According to the agency, using the goats is cheaper and more environmentally friendly than using gasoline-powered weed-whackers. Metromix is all about the envorinment, but mostly we love cute, furry things, so kudos to the City of LA for making our lunch break that much more eventful!
What other people are saying...

No matter how many times I looked at that sign, I kept wishing it said "Bush Control Project." Now THAT would be sweet!
