While most "ladies' nights" promise half-priced, watery cosmopolitans and herds of lecherous desperados, the Bicycle Kitchen (a non-profit cycling workshop) is all about female camaraderie. Chicks gather to get their nails dirty learning how to fix a flat and dive into wrench sets in a setting that promises not to condescend or peek down your shirt when you bend over to do a wheel bearing adjustment. (We don't know what that is either, but they'll teach you. )
