The guy can absolutely break up with you for not getting you off. In fact, people get dumped for a lot less, and a lot stranger reasons. You say he’d get upset because he couldn’t make you orgasm; chances are he feels embarrassed or less than worthy—that he isn’t attractive enough or skilled enough or rich enough or whatever enough to make you explode in delirious sexual fury.
